http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11291 Cygwin script with long filename fails.Path separator removed ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-05-28 20:55 ------- How do you associate .xrf files with cygwin scripts? I note your shebang is missing the .exe extention, not that it would necessarily matter. You might try the shebang syntax #!c:/bin/sh.exe "$1" to pass the entire 'long pathname' instead of a 'short name'. The Win32 shebang processor recognizes $1 or %1, with $1 in 'unix' forward slash form and %1 in 'win32' backslash form. And it recognizes the enclosing quotes to assure that long path names -are- acceptable. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
