The server is already configured with "UseCanonicalName off". It works only if I explicitly configure the ServerName with port 81. The docs says : "If no port is specified in the servername, then the server will use the port from the incoming request." It's the case for 'REDIRECT_SERVER_PORT', but not for 'SERVER_PORT'. But I should have read more : "For optimal reliability and predictability, you should specify an explicit hostname and port using the ServerName directive."
