http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21251 Language negotiation with country subtags Summary: Language negotiation with country subtags Product: Apache httpd-2.0 Version: 2.0.40 Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: mod_negotiation AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] It seems that there is a bug in the negotiation module for language negotiation. The language negotiation only works if there are no subtag specified by the browser. As soon as a country codes is add as subtag the language can no longer be negotiated. If the browser is asking for de-ch,en-us;q=0.5 and the server contains a de and en version of the document, the de should be hand out. But in such a situation the document is negotiated from the LanguagePriority setting of the server.
