http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21670 Canonical Hostnames example in Rewriting Guide is broken [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-07-17 00:22 ------- The rewriting guide says explicitly, that the rules provided there are written in order to work within the *server context* and you may have to change them within directory context (which is, effectively within .htaccess files). But until someone writes something better, we have to stick with it :) Thanks for using Apache. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
