Duh, I've misunderstood your report slightly. But it still won't be done for
security reasons. The whole suexec config is compiled in and this won't be 
changed.
Since the file is opened at every suexec call, you can safely setup a logrotate
program (perhaps cronosplit, I'm not sure if it can parse the format).
