SSLProxyCACertificateFile directive doesnt get picked up when passing client 
certificates onto a server reqesting a client cert.

I think you should use the SSLProxyMachineCertificateFile directive instead of
the SSLProxyCACertificateFile directive if you want to configure client
certificate authentication towards a back-end web server.
