http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22631 Apache2 crashs and can not be closed from task manager until reboot ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-10-15 17:36 ------- > But does it have to do with the hangups when it crashes/restarts? If u ment "What does it have to do with..." - answer: nothing, I just mentioned it, as its actualy become a big problem after all... If u asked "Does it have anything to do with..." - answer: no, Apache2 crashes as much with rotatelogs.exe as without it. Now some good news: after installing PHP v4.3.4RC1 my apache has been running for 24 hours so far without a single crash! with same load. now question: how PHP can can cause apache die so hard, that even OS can not clean up the mess? I'm not a big programmer and dont understand how all this works...just curious. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
