You are in a domain if your login panel shows a domain name or if your user 
files (where "My Documents" is located), are under a name like "<id>.<domain-
name>", instead of just "<id>". It isn't clear (to me) from the Apache 
documentation, just where to put files/directories that are qualified by a 
domain name. That is, when someone access MY webspace, which is in a domain 
named WTSN, he uses: dforeman.cs.binghamton.edu/~foreman. This has to be 
translated (by a line in the httpd.conf file) into 
dforeman.cs.binghamton.edu/~foreman.WTSN
My CGI files then have to be accessed through this translation as well.
