Apache/Win32 won't compile within cygwin

  I'm as confused as Andre about what on earth 'askme's citation has to do
  with this bug report.

  The simple fact that you are invoking some 16 bit process means you are using
  the wrong tool for the wrong job.  There should be no 16 bit binaries invoked
  in building Apache according to any directions I've ever seen posted to the
  web.

  Please make sure you are not using oddball awk versions.  The best awk is
  the simplest one we site in our build instructions.  Please search the
  keyword FAQ under bugzilla to see some problem awks that cause win32 to fail.
