http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=22870 Apache 2.0 logging bogus transfer info ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-11-27 11:10 ------- Joshua - thanks for your empathetic response. :) If you think my "attitude" seemd a little strong, you shoulda seen what I deleted before hitting the Submit button. Heh-heh. We went back to 1.3, so I have no patch to contribute and no test system at the moment. Thanks for the tip about EnableSendfile, which defaults to "on". I see from the sendfile(2) man page that it updates an offset value to show the last byte sent, plus 1. So when using sendfile, apache should still be able to show the actual bytecount transmitted, even in the case of a prematurely closed socket. Thus, setting EnableSendfile to "off" shouldn't make a difference, right? I haven't looked at the code, either... --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
