http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25253 Apache2 does not read sometimes from files on NTFS partitions Summary: Apache2 does not read sometimes from files on NTFS partitions Product: Apache httpd-2.0 Version: 2.0.48 Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: mod_autoindex AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Not sure if it is with auto index but I have NTFS partitions mounted and apache2 just writes out a `0' (zero) for page output instead of some (not all) header.html files (right after body tag). Sometimes it returns nothing. Works fine with apache 1.3.29 (and earlier), as well as with other linux utilites (like `ls' - NTFS seems to be working fine) There seems to be nothing wrong with the html files. No errors loged in error log about it either. The partitions are mounted read only. when I get no output in the browser other than the browser-introduced html and body tags (mozilla) , this is what I get in telnet: HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Fri, 05 Dec 2003 19:44:51 GMT Server: Apache/2.0.48 (Unix) Last-Modified: Thu, 26 Sep 2002 21:32:30 GMT ETag: "7652-2425-bd069780" Accept-Ranges: bytes Content-Length: 9253 Connection: close Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Connection closed by foreign host. Let me know I should put up some sort of working example online -Monty --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
