BUT: php isn't installed on the server, but Macromedia ColdFusion MX 6.1. So I don't think this to be a php issue. apache is 2.0.48, w2k server. I tried the 'dns-fix' from Anthony some days ago, without success till now. the client also noticed a performance slow- down, this is the reason, why I found those lines in the error.log.
