The default charset loading lines are in httpd.conf. The pages includes the default META headers: <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-2"> Old Apache 1.3 correctly diplays the iso-8859-2 but the new one httpd 2.0 no.
