http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27352 Wrong handling of IPs in decimal representation and/or numeric hostnames ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-03-02 04:11 ------- "Bad Request" seems like perfect handling to me. RFC2396 doesn't seem to allow that notation for an IP address in a URI, and it certainly isn't legal as an Internet hostname. Allowing that sort of thing to pass through would, as you've noted, have all sorts of potential security implications. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
