On two of my three computers, the "Test Page of Apache Installation" is in English, easily legible. on my other computer, the page is in Japanese. I have the Japanese Language pack installed, but English is always my first choice. The same thing happened on apache.org when I went to the help section. It loaded first in Japanese, then I had to find the "En" link.
