Not passing variables in PHP scripts

Look in your apache logs to make sure apache is actually seeing the variables
in the query string on these requests.  Also, check to make sure the data
gets to a simple CGI script.  If it does, the chances are very high
that this is a php problem.

And no, I haven't seen any other reports like this.
