Win32DisableAcceptEx As far as starting/stopping the "service"... 1 - The Apache Service Monitor doesn't appear to communicate with the service, either to start it or stop it. 2 - The service doesn't seem to respond correctly to the Windows shutdown (internal) message - possibly Windows 98SE does not provide enough time on a slow PC. The Windows dialog appears (titled: APACHE) stating "You must quit this program before you quit Windows." 3 - The service seems to actually shutdown OK if the user clicks "cancel", and then tries AGAIN to shutdown Windows. 4 - The command installed in the Start Menu works to start the service, with...
