http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=18661 auth_ldap authenticate: user xxxx authentication failed [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |ASSIGNED ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-05-20 19:14 ------- Had the same problem with v2.0.49. It seems to be caused by long periods of inactivity - the connections to the LDAP server time out, and are never reconnected. Have just tested the latest auth_ldap module for CVS HEAD, and the problem seems to have gone away. Please could you test and confirm if it works for you? The easiest way to test this is to drop in the *ldap*.c files from CVS head (or latest snapshot) into the modules/experimental directory, and try it out with v2.0.49. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
