There is no firewall on this machine. I had already tried EnableMMap Off without success On your suggestion I tried EnableSendFile Off on its own without success. Then as you suggested, I tried them both and instantly everything began working correctly. I have not tried Win32DisableAcceptEx as yet and will only do so if I encounter problems again. I will do some serious testing over the next 24 hours, and hopefully it will be all smiles at the end.
