mod_rwrite cause server to  hang on AIX 5.2

If the web server hangs (does not respond to new requests) on AIX, you can use
the script at 

http://www.apache.org/~trawick/aixthrdbt.pl

as follows to get backtraces of all threads in all children, which is usually
sufficient to find the nature of the hang.

# ./aixthrdbt.pl -p PARENT-PROCESS-ID

This will use dbx (must be found in PATH) to get backtraces of all children of
the parent (includes piped loggers, which can cause the server to hang too),
creating a bunch of files called

   backtraces.PID1
   backtraces.PID2
   backtraces.PID3
   ...

tar and gzip these up and attach to the PR.
