See: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/core.html#enablesendfile It is not a problem with Apache, but rather an issue with FreeBSD's (and most operating systems!) implmentation of networked filesystems. Please add "EnableSendfile off" to your configuration. If this does not fix your problem, please reopen this bug.
