http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=30247 apachectl script does not take -k argument [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|CLOSED |REOPENED Resolution|INVALID | ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-07-22 00:42 ------- Sorry, but the closer did *NOT* pay attention to what I reported. Here is an extract from the apachectl script that was installed on my machine. case $ARGV in start|stop|restart|graceful) $HTTPD -k $ARGV ERROR=$? ;; Note that apachectl is putting the -k switch in itself prior to calling httpd. Now, if someone wants to say that the design of httpd is to expect '-k -k stop' then I'll shut up. But I doubt it. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
