http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21242 Trailing character renders pages with code ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2004-09-01 18:08 ------- Two points here: > Appears that this is a bug in cold fusion. If it's the same as me, certainly not, because Apache never handles the data to the other party (Tomcat in my case). It serves the data itself. > Even if we add a new RequireCanonicalPath to enforce the exact path > name (case sensitively, which will break much win32 web content) I understand that, but then, I think there is a need of a better understanding between Apache.org sub-projects, because Tomcat does seem to enforce case-sensitivity on Windows (index.jsp works, index.JSP doesn't, and displaying the code with %20 was considered a bug in Tomcat). Similar as to why one is installing in "Apache Group", and the other in "Apache Software Foundation", I guess :-) Beside, I'm probably not the only one using Location in that same way, since this is the only example given by the very little JK2 doc. But anyway, if I've got it working like that, I'll just point it out in my own internal documentation.
