We set "AllowEncodedSlashes On". We have the url: "http://172.16.0.91/VAR1=XXXX%2fVAR2=YYYY" The Apache 2.0.47 Version makes it correct and the PATH_INFO is "VAR1=XXXX% 2fVAR2=YYYY".
