EnableSendfile Off enablemmap Off included in my config. Still getting winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed. However, it is only when ONE speicifc IP address attempts to access my website. I only have 2 or three hits a day for different IP's with no error. Being able to narrow this down to a single incoming IP may help identify the problem. Any suggestions on logs I should have enabled?
