Apache 2.0.54 (not 2.1), compiled from NetBSD pkgsrc (see below[*]), with worker MPM and NetBSD native pthreads. Using mod_cgi for CGI processes. Perl CGI applications (external, NOT mod_perl); Perl 5.8.7. In this configuration, I get Perl child process zombies that are not reaped unless the same hack used on Darwin is also used for NetBSD (in the attached patch).
