http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10446 ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2005-10-19 00:57 ------- (In reply to comment #3) > I've a similar problem with %20 (space urlencoded) > Apache 1.3.33 on FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE is throwing a 400 error "bad request" in > stead of applying the rewriterule I've setup like RewriteRule ^/%20OUT/(.*)$ > ^/OUT/$1 > it's a bit strange and very annoying. Recent we changed our Apache webserver from 1.3.28 to 1.3.33. After this change we are seeing lot of bad request (400) error. The logs show [Tue Oct 4 10:35:55 2005] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] request failed: erroneous characters after protocol string: e\\t\\x9450GET /site/page.jsp? id=.... HTTP/1.1 [04/Oct/2005:10:35:55 -0500] "e\t\x9450GET /site/page.jsp?id=.... HTTP/1.1" 400 374 "-" "-" We were not able to see any erroneous character in the 1.3.28 logs. This started to happen once the webserver upgradation happened. Also this not occuring consistently now and then our customers are getting bad request. Please let me know if you need more inputs. -- Configure bugmail: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
