Then please verify that DisableWin32AcceptEx On EnableSendfile Off EnableMMAP Off in your httpd.conf doesn't resolve these problems (it sounds like your issues might be resolved by EnableSendfile off). Check what additional network socket drivers are installed, e.g. AntiVirus network filters or firewall products that are installed on this local machine. Many such programs have known-incompliant socket layer providers, that fluxor the Apache server. Mans, your bug is entirely unreleated and didn't belong here. However, it does sound that you need to file it on the php.net bugtracking system, and please make careful note if the PHP version you are testing on 1.3.33 and 2.0.55 is absolutely identical.
