Currently I cannot see a reason from them for the problem. Could you please provide the following to increase the chance of finding the reason: - The full output of thread apply all bt full. I think the stack traces are longer then just 3 or 4 steps. - Provide the number of the LWP that is consuming the CPU. - After doing thread apply all bt full detach gdb attach it again 10 secs later and do a thread apply all bt full again.
