I got the same effect with both versions: The build process succeeded with no errors. Then I start Apache with the default configuration and my browser shows "It works". Then I enable the "/manual" alias for the local documentation. When I call it with the browser there is no output, blank page. The logfiles don't show errors, the access logfile says that the content was delivered normally (GET with status 200 or 206). This is the same with prefork and worker mpm.
