One of these has installed it's driver on top of the TCP/IP driver, and didn't implement the socket API... "(OS 10038)Socket operation on non-socket" Searching the bug tracking database would have shown you dozens of entries. But in this case .. "apr_socket_opt_set: (SO_KEEPALIVE) no listening sockets available" .. you are lost until you replace the faulty software (antivirus or otherwise).
