Nick, you are of course totally right. I am sorry if it was misclassified; I
might have been a little tired after having struggled with this thing. It was
originally classified as core.

>From memory the uri2file hook was invoked twice: the first time with a non-null
uri, the second time the uri was null. It might seem like the bug is in
mod_rewrite since this is where core is dumped, but the bonus question is: why
is the hook invoked twice, and why is the uri null the second time around?
Additionnally, why does this only happen when mod_mem_cache is loaded?
