I changed this now and the URL I gave above works... So I missed the Servername-hint in the upgrade document for apache-2.0.X, but up to apache-2.0.59 this was not a problem - bad luck for me. So I will have to do my homework again. Rereading all the upgrade information up to version 2.2.4.
