Here, the distribution Win32/XP version (msi) created an "Apache2" service.  The
command "httpd -k restart" and other similar commands fail, apparently because
they look for a service named "Apache2.2".

[Sat Jun 16 00:19:55 2007] [error] (OS 2)The system cannot find the file
specified.  : No installed service named "Apache2.2".
