As i said revision was 587460, but i am using the apr, apr-util and apr-iconv that were released, or rather APR 1.2.11 APR-util 1.2.10 and APR-iconv 1.2.0. I am going to upgrade to the SVN release copy of these and see if it still has the problem, as it may just be some of the older libraries being incompatible with the trunk release.
