Documentation says mod-imagemap is enabled by default. Running configure and
make generate an httpd which when checked with httpd -l shows that the module
is NOT enabled.
Running configure -enable-imagemap gives a number of warning messages about
unknown option but once completed and make is done the new httpd does now show
that the module is enabled.
This is very confusing
