When I have the Apache Service Monitor open I am unable to right click on
taskbar items. When I do they simple blink "active" instead of giving me the
normal context "Restore/Move/Size/Minimize/Maximize/Close" menu. I've tested
this several times and can reproduce the bug.
Trivial, silly, but still a bug. :)
