In speaking with Jean-Frederic Clere the following:
if (ap_pass_brigade(r->output_filters,
output_brigade) != APR_SUCCESS) {
ap_log_rerror(APLOG_MARK, APLOG_ERR, 0, r,
"proxy: error processing end");
output_failed = 1;
Should be logged as debug not error because it just means that the client
closes the connection before mod_proxy sends the answer.
