Thanks very much for the official fix.

One remark on comment #30 from Joe Orton.

A separate directive is the best solution, but all the old patch in
comments #12,#13 does is allow requests up to the configured
LimitRequestBody value (if set > 0), also for requests > 128k. For me
that's not a "completely surprising" behaviour change.
