Summary: "AuthType form" fails if a password contains '&' sign
Product: Apache httpd-2
Version: 2.3-HEAD
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: mod_auth
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
When I use '&' (ampersand) sign in a user's password "AuthType form" fails to
authenticate a user.
The configuration example is below.
If I change AuthType to Basic the authentication works, so I think this is a
bug in mod_auth_form.
