Some directory implementations do not require users to bind to the LDAP server.
Client authentication is accepted upon presentation of a valid SSL
certificate.
The proposed enhancement adds a configuration directive to mod_authnz_ldap to
perform the LDAP query for the user's DN without first binding as the user.
