My name is "Olivier Mengué"
In my e-mail message the From header is:
From: =?iso-8859-1?Q?Olivier_Mengu=E9?= <[email protected]>
In the mod_mbox output (which is UTF-8), my name is printed with invalid UTF-8
characters, so I suppose that raw iso-8859-1 is used instead of UTF-8.
