The first example uses AddOutputFilterByType but this is marked as deprecated.
It would be nice to see an example which does the same thing (but perhaps this
is only possible with mod_filter now?). In any case it is currently easy to
miss the deprecation; especially since it seems like such an obvious thing to
do.
