There are two pages with completely blank content.

http://httpd.apache.org/mod_ftp/ftp/ftp_faq.html
The first section would be very helpful to have. E.g. how do I set up a basic
FTP site, what's an example setup with implicit/explicit SSL, how do I set it
up so that each user only sees their own home directory, how would I use LDAP
auth, etc.
The second section could probably be dropped, unless people are actually asking
questions...
