             Bug #: 51246
Summary: Unexpected lack of headers when using ErrorDocument
                    400
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_ssl
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
    Classification: Unclassified

It appears that both default and custom "ErrorDocument 400" are not returning
headers when handling the condition that returns "You're speaking plain HTTP to
an SSL-enabled server port."

I have replicated this when there is no ErrorDocument being set in the apache
configuration.
