Created attachment 28618

proof of concept for sending HTTP/1.0 response instead of 0.9

This fakes the end-of-headers CR/LF pair so that the core won't get confused
when trying to read the HTTP/1.0 headers. This seems to work, but reviewers
would be welcome.
