I have mdb installed on Solaris Sparc and logformat for 2.2.22 that i have used is - LogFormat "%h %l %{sm_user}i %t \"%r\" %>s %b" common ==> we are using SSO and getting sso user id using sm_user variable. One another thing which i am not sure how relevant is - in this server there are lots of weird entries present in first column of access log which should display client IP as per log format. e.g. .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; .NET CLR 3.5.21022) - 111111111 [03/Jun/2012:04:31:26 -0400] "GET /abc/css/gestyle.css HTTP/1.1" 200 9367 */* - 111111111 [03/Jun/2012:04:41:30 -0400] "GET /javascript/logout.js HTTP/1.1" 200 1078 Please let me know any command that i can run on mdb which provide more information to you.
