Patch to ab.c that enables both new protocols
TLS 1.1 and 1.2 support has been added to the apache benchmark tool.
These protocols will be available through the same command line parameter [-f]
as the other protocols. These changes will not affect the existent
functionality.
* -f TLS1.1 for using the TLS 1.1 protocol
* -f TLS1.2 for using the TLS 1.2 protocol
OpenSSL 1.0.1 or higher is required. If not available, these protocols won't be
available.
