Hi
I have one application which is running on dot net franework with IIS 6 and
windows server2003. We have architecture like between client and server we have
reverse proxy and load balancer structure.
>From last 6 months we are getting below 502 Bad gateway error while login into
application :
"Proxy Server : Proxy server name
Error Message : Error code: 502 received when trying to access backend server:
on Application URL
Apache/2.2.4(Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.24 OpenSSL/1.0.0e running on applicationurl:80
at timestamp "
and during the same timestmp we have noticed "proxy: Error reading from remote
server" error at Reverse proxy logs which is running over Apache 2.2.4
To solve the issue, we have increased CGI timeout in IIS settings. But still
not resolved.
Anyone can help as now we are suspecting it might be due to Proxy side error.
