Network scanners leave my apache webserver in a state in which access from
localhost/AllowList gets 403 (forbidden) status.
Even though, restarting apache resolves this issue but it causes production
downtime.
Note that My apache configuration (000-default.conf) places IP restrictions on
the root directory and the network scanner always gets 403 when it perform
scans.
